The service technicians specialise in specific product ranges enabling Algebra to offer the customer the very best in after sales service, support and care.
The service technicians are supported by service controllers using the latest in computer service logging software allowing Algebra to monitor service response times, product reliability and effectiveness in the field.

IT Maintenance Plans
Algebra offer maintenance on a range of IT products, IT networks, telephone systems, copiers, laser printers, risographs, wide format machines, finishing equipment. (laminators, binding machines, collators, staplers, booklet makers, folders). If you are unhappy with your present maintenance provider, or would like a competitive quotation or you do not have a maintenance contract please contact Algebra via our contact section of the web page to discuss maintenance contracts and pricing.

Continued protection from parts, call-out and labour charges
If you're IT Systems fails, the plan will take care of the bill. All hardware repairs are carried out by our fully trained engineers.

At Algebra we believe we have a continuing responsibility to our customers. That's why we have come up with this fantastic Maintenance Plan offer which gives you the chance to get a *15% discount when you take out a new maintenance agreement.
The Algebra Maintenance Plan protects against hardware failure. A single fee will protect you against the cost of both parts and labour and guarantees that an Algebra engineer will be sent to you should you experience problems with your hardware. And if your hardware can't be repaired economically, you will be given a replacement (of the current equivalent model).
Unlimited number of repairs - or a replacement
With the Algebra Maintenance Plan, there is no limit to the number of hardware repairs you can receive and rest assured you will not receive a bill for parts or labour all the time you are covered.
